I had a mixed experience at The Lapis Hotel during my stay in Hanoi. The location was great, being in a nice, quiet area and close to key attractions, but the room's overall quality was lacking, especially with some internet issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference in my experience. The breakfast was decent, although the amenities could use some improvement.

I had a lovely stay at The Lapis Hotel! The decor and cleanliness were impressive, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I enjoyed practicing my Vietnamese with them, which added a personal touch to my experience. However, the location is a bit farther from the Old Quarter than I expected, and the amenities could use some improvements, particularly in extending pool and gym hours.
